New: data capture with ORION Déjà Vu
ORION Déjà Vu enables you to capture and process any data from any type of document – whether the data is structured in predefined areas or unstructured in different locations on the document.
ORION Déjà Vu uses sophisticated OCR and Knowledge Base technologies to store and learn the structure and content of each individual document type.
Each time a document is processed, ORION Déjà Vu will check the document against the Knowledge Base to capture the most likely candidates for a data field.
When no candidates are found or ORION Déjà Vu is not sure enough, the document and the data field(s) are presented to the user. The user then has to either correct or confirm the value for the data field.
The results are analysed and recorded in the Knowledge Base. This way ORION Déjà Vu learns during normal daily use and the improves the results.
ORION Déjà Vu is a module of ORION Xerver, but can be used in combination with other systems for scanning, document managent or workflow.
